You have run the fit test and the calculator and decided. This page is the short version of what to do next.
Which plan
Starter for one business. Unlimited if you run marketing for a few other businesses and want each in its own sub-account. Agency Pro only if you intend to resell the software under your own brand, which is a second business, not a feature.
Before you open the account
- Decide who owns the setup. An account nobody sets up is the most common way this purchase is wasted.
- Choose the sending domain you will use for email. A subdomain of your main domain, not the main domain itself.
- Export contacts and tags from your current tool now, so the import is the first thing you do, not the tenth.
The first week, in order
- Sending domain and email authentication on day one. The warm-up takes two to four weeks and runs in the background, so the clock should start before anything else.
- Import contacts and tags.
- One pipeline with your real stages.
- The calendar and one booking page.
- One workflow: what happens when a new enquiry arrives.
Everything else waits until those five work with a real enquiry.
