HighLevel support: channels, hours, and how to get an answer
Updated 2026-09-19
HighLevel support is included with every plan through live chat, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, plus a large help center as the first stop for setup questions. A paid premium support tier exists for agencies that want faster or dedicated help. Owners we have advised report uneven experiences with response times, so the method on this page is how to get an answer regardless of which experience you land on.
What is included on every plan
Chat is available around the clock from inside an account, as at September 2026. HighLevel's own stated wait times on standard support are around 6 minutes for chat and screen-share sessions, and around 10 hours for a first response on a ticket. The help center covers setup articles for most features, and in-app training is available alongside it.
What premium support adds
Premium Support is a paid add-on at $500 a month, discounted on annual billing, as at September 2026. It adds a named technical account manager, a private channel for faster contact, and scheduled quarterly reviews of the account. HighLevel states this tier drops the chat and screen-share wait time to around 1 minute and the ticket first-response time to around 3 hours. Whether that gap justifies the cost depends on how many sub-accounts you run and how much a slow answer costs you; see add-ons for how this compares with other paid extras.
How to get an answer faster on the standard tier
Search the help center before opening a chat; most setup questions are already answered there in an article. When you do open chat, state the exact sub-account name, the exact steps you took, and a screenshot of what you see, rather than describing the problem in general terms. Book a screen-share session for anything involving a sending domain, phone number registration, or a billing dispute, since those usually need someone to see the account directly rather than being solved over chat.
What support will not do
Support answers questions about how a feature works and helps fix account-level issues. It does not build your workflows, write your pipeline stages, or design your setup for you; that work is either yours, an agency's, or the DIY-or-hire decision you make before you start. If you are on a white-labeled account bought through an agency, that agency is your support desk, not HighLevel directly; see white label for what that arrangement carries.
