HighLevel white label: what it gives an agency, and the cost
Updated 2026-09-19
HighLevel's white label puts your brand on the platform and lets you sell it to clients under your own name and your own price, available on the Agency Pro plan with a mobile app as a separate add-on. What it gives you is a product. What it does not give you is the clients, the support desk or the retention, and those are the business you would be starting.
What Agency Pro includes for white label
Agency Pro is $497 a month or $4,970 a year, as at September 2026, and includes SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation for new clients, and rebilling of usage with a markup you set. It also supports whitelabeling of the domain, the API domain, the sites domain and the client portal domain, each configured separately, so a client can use the product without seeing HighLevel's own name anywhere in the experience.
The mobile app is a separate purchase
Putting your own brand on the mobile app your clients use is a further add-on at $497 a month, requiring the Agency Pro plan, billed quarterly or annually, as at September 2026. Publishing a branded app to the Apple and Google app stores also needs your own developer accounts, $99 a year for Apple and a $25 one-time fee for Google, and HighLevel states the review and approval process can take up to three weeks with their assistance. See the mobile app for what the standard, non-branded app already does without this add-on.
What white label does not include
It does not include clients. It does not include a support team to answer their questions when something breaks. It does not include a pricing model, a churn plan, or the ongoing work of being the first call your client makes when a text does not send. Turning on white label starts a second business alongside the one you already run; see SaaS mode for the costs and obligations that business carries.
When to turn it on
Turn it on if you already have clients paying you monthly for marketing work and you want them running on a system you control end to end, rather than juggling several disconnected tools per client. Wait if you have only a handful of stable clients, since the setup and support cost is fixed regardless of how many you are serving. This is not the plan for someone who wants to sell software without also being the one answering support questions; that is a different business with different obligations, not a lighter version of this one.
Questions people ask
What is HighLevel white label?
Putting your own brand, name and pricing on the platform so you can sell it to your own clients under your identity rather than HighLevel's.
Which plan do I need to white label?
Agency Pro, at $497 a month or $4,970 a year as at September 2026. It is the plan that includes SaaS mode and automated client provisioning.
Does it include a branded app?
Not by default. A branded mobile app is a separate add-on at $497 a month, requiring Agency Pro, plus your own app store developer accounts.
Do my clients know it is HighLevel?
Not if every whitelabel setting, including the domain, API domain, sites domain and client portal domain, is configured. Left unconfigured, some surfaces can still show the underlying platform.
What support do I have to provide?
All of it. Your clients call you, not HighLevel, when something in their account needs fixing. Budget for that time before pricing what you charge them.
