HighLevel integrations
Updated 2026-09-19
HighLevel connects natively to the calendars, payment processors, ad platforms and messaging channels most small businesses already use, connects to almost everything else through Zapier or n8n, and connects to nothing that publishes no way in. Check your accounting tool and any industry-specific system before deciding, because those are where the gaps most often show up.
What connects natively
As at September 2026, HighLevel's own help articles confirm native connections including Stripe and PayPal for payments, Google Calendar and Outlook for scheduling, Zoom for meeting links, QuickBooks and Xero for accounting, Shopify for ecommerce, WhatsApp for messaging, and Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and Threads through the social planner (source: help.gohighlevel.com, checked September 2026). Each of these has its own page in this hub with the exact mechanism.
What needs a connector
Zapier is the general bridge for anything without a native route, reaching thousands of other tools through triggers and actions (see Zapier). n8n reaches HighLevel through the same API and webhook layer and suits a business with technical help or high automation volume, including AI-assisted workflows (see n8n). Outbound webhooks, HighLevel's own generic mechanism, can feed either of these or any destination URL directly, without a connector subscription at all.
API access and plan gating
Basic API access is included from the Unlimited plan ($297/month) upward; Advanced API access requires Agency Pro ($497/month), as at September 2026 (see plans). The API carries published rate limits of 100 requests per 10 seconds and 200,000 requests per day, scoped per connected app per sub-account, so a heavier integration should be checked against these limits before it is built at scale.
What does not connect
HighLevel does not natively connect to every accounting platform, industry-specific booking system, or niche vertical tool a business might already run. Where no native connection or documented connector exists, the honest answer is to check the current help article and the app marketplace before assuming a route exists, not to assume one will appear.
The rule for deciding
List every tool your business must keep. If each one is on the native list or has a documented Zapier or n8n route, proceed. If one required tool has no route at all, that is a disqualifier until a route exists, not a detail to work around after signing up. Connector cost, where one applies, sits with the connector, Zapier's or n8n's own pricing, not with HighLevel's plan.
Questions people ask
What does HighLevel integrate with?
Natively: Stripe, PayPal, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, WhatsApp, and the major social platforms through its social planner, as at September 2026. Beyond that, Zapier, n8n, and its own API and webhooks reach most other tools.
Does it work with Zapier?
Yes, through a native LeadConnector app inside Zapier, authenticated with your HighLevel login. See Zapier.
Does it connect to QuickBooks?
Yes, natively, syncing contacts and invoices in both directions with some limits. See QuickBooks.
Can I use the API on Starter?
No. Basic API access starts at the Unlimited plan; Advanced API access requires Agency Pro, both as at September 2026.
What if my tool is not on the list?
Check whether it publishes a Zapier or n8n connection, or a public API HighLevel's webhooks can reach. If none exists, treat that as a genuine gap rather than something to solve after the account is live.
